Mammoth Mountain Snow Report for Thursday Feb 21
====================================
====================================
Ready for Round 2
At 6am at Main Lodge it is 25 degrees with partly cloudy skies. Winds
are light at around 15mph. Highs today are in the mid 30's. After a
brief hiatus, it looks like the second round of snow should be starting
early afternoon. At the summit it is 12 degrees with 40mph winds.
All
lifts are expected to open today (except chairs 20 and 26). 96 runs were
groomed last night on nearly 1000 acres of terrain. The couple inches of
snow we received yesterday should add some cushion to our 8-10 foot
base of snow.
Please remember that natural and man-made obstacles do
exist, so always ride with caution.
