Mt Hood Meadows

With the winter-like conditions we’ll continue our daily operational schedule of 9 AM – 4 PM daily through April 26. If the weather cooperates we also plan on reopening for three extra days in May, May 1, 2 and 3 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). May 3 will be the last day of operations for this season, so make your plans for that weekend. We’ll be announcing some fun activities and deals for May 1 – 3, so keep watching the web site.
There is some great news for freestylers – the top two tables of the Cascade Park (on Boulevard) were opened this weekend and we’ll continue to add features to make it a fun flow park. We’ve received great feedback regarding the right line we added to Rose City Park, as well as the rails we’re continuing to maintain in Shipyard. And we continue to fresh cut our Superpipe almost every day.
Mark Saturday, April 25 on your calendar. That’s the 3rd Annual Sno-Kona Pond Skim at Mt. Hood Meadows which has become our most popular spectator event. The field is filling so if you want to get into the skimming competition you should pre-register online (must be 21 or older). The winner gets a trip for two to Hawaii, courtesy of All About Hawaii Travel
