STATE of the SEASONs

The photo above is from Yabuli China. Of the resorts, Yabuli is fairly unique.When was the last time you saw 'windmills' in opperation outside of Holland? I have not been able to trace back the history / story, due to limited English. Yabuli is located North of Bejing, PRC.
