Ninth Annual U.S. Freeskiing Nationals At Snowbird
The world’s best freeriders show up at Snowbird Feb. 1 for the first stop on the four-event Subaru U.S. Freeskiing Series. Along with a Skiercross Series, the Freeskiing World Tour boasts an overall prize purse of $100,000 for 2006. The Top six men and top four women at the Bird will split $12,500 in prize money. It’s too late for you to register this year, but head up and watch the action; maybe take a test run on the course once the comp ends.
