Nikita Iceland Park
Nikita Iceland Park Project, now in our fifth year as Iceland's only summer snowboard camp. Since 2002 riders from around the world have been coming to our camp and have always been blown away with what they found. Now in with more facilities than ever why don't you become one of the few to experience our snowpark on the remote and beautiful Snaefell glacier. With the twenty four hour daylight of Icelandic summer and not restrained by resort opening hours you can do what you like when the conditions are best. A pink skied midnight session in the park, a skate on the mini ramp, a glassy evening surf, or just a few beers watching the sunrise outside the hostel. We are open to anyone at any level of riding or skiing ability and operate a first come first served policy, we are only limited by the number of places we have to offer. At IPP there are no queues, hassles or ego's , at our uniquely scenic location you will find Snow Skate Surf at its purest.

My apologies ! I missed the snow alert last FRI>
The weekend Snow at Snowbird and Squaw at Lake Tahoe , virtually came out of nowhere.
I myself , with a broken backup set of chains crawled across Donner Summit In a flurry with only a Cal trans Reader Board on I-80 letting me know.
On the flip side, 2-4 inches of freshness, small crowds , couldn't have been a better Memorial Weekend. The Lunch on Sun courtesy of Alex Cushing ( Squaw) made the weeknd oh so S W E E T !
