After last year's highly progressive competition, in which Jon Olsson introduced the Kangaroo Flip in the park and Peter Olenick landed a double flair in the pipe, this year’s event will surely be a highlight of the season. After an overcast start to the day the sun is out again this morning and while it may not turn out to be as fine a day as yesterday, it looks like it will be sunny and fine throughout the day. Yesterday was a mild day but it is starting out milder still this morning, though the temperature is below zero in all resort areas as of 9am.
