SKI SEASON OPENS WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 23! Sun Valley Resort will open its 70th ski season one day early, Wednesday, November 23, 2005 at 9 am.Both Baldy and Dollar Mountains will open with the following lifts and terrain:River Run #1, Lookout Express #5 and Challenger #10.Ski conditions are subject to change, weather permitting
I spoke briefly with Sun Valley staff on Thursday.Temps on top of Baldy were 32 or below, cold enough to gun out snow.
I have skied, skated, & hiked Sun Valley. There is a unique feel that everyonw sould experience. The history, the first Lift associated, I believe built by the railroad. A classic, for beverage relaxation has got to be the "The Ram's Head". The village is a story in itself that everyone can enjoy.
