BIG APRIL SNOWFALL
IT JUST KEEPS GETTING BETTER
Just when we thought we'd seen it all, winter came back in full force last week, making for absolutely epic winter snow conditions - in mid April! Over 70cm (over 2 feet) of new snow had fallen by the end of Easter Weekend, and the forecast says it won't stop there.
All the snow is getting everyone excited not only for skiing right now, but for the glacier camps this summer and the not-so-distant day dreams of our new lift for next winter.
NEW PICCOLO LIFT FOR 2006/07
EVERYONE EAGER FOR NEXT WINTER
With this winter still in full affect, local skiers and riders have had a chance ski the Piccolo area since the announcement of our new lift, and have let their daydreams take course for next winter. The new Piccolo Express Lift on Whistler Mountain will give high-speed access to an immense area of terrain, and we will be sure to keep you posted on it's progress this summer and fall.
