Squaw Valley is famous for its Spring vibe and all the fun that comes along with the long days and warm sun. Unlike other resorts that are closing this week, Squaw is offering skiing and riding through May 29th! With a 235" base at our mid mountain, we have no shortage of great corn snow. High Camp's outdoor Swimming Lagoon & Spa is scheduled for full operations Saturday and we have enough fun events this weekend to keep the entire family happy. Check it out!

A Memorial Service in Rememberance of
Richard L. Kohnstamm
Richard L. Kohnstamm, our visionary founder and chairman of R.L.K. and Company, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 21st at the age of 80. A memorial service to celebrate his accomplished life will be held at 2pm on Thursday at Temple Beth Israel, at 1931 NW Flanders in Portland. Friends and admirers are invited to attend. Remembrances can be made to the Friends of Timberline or Oregon Public Broadcasting.

Jam session format - riders ballot to determine winners.

TODAY, SUGAR BOWL MUST BE ACCESSED THROUGH THE GONDOLA ENTRANCE ONLY. Spring is finally here and our groomers are working hard at tilling to get the snow in perfect condition. Check out the off piste corn as the sun moves higher in the sky. The National Weather Service Forecast is calling for sunny skies with highs of 64-74 degrees with light winds becoming 10MPH from the north this afternoon and some stronger gusts over the ridges.
