Thursday and Friday. Yet another upper trough will move towards the B.C. coast on Thursday and then swing into western Canada on Friday. This should maintain the unsettled weather giving a few flurries at times with the best chance of a few cms occurring on Friday. The snow level will remain near 1300 metres with daytime temperatures just a few degrees above freezing.
Women’s mogul World Cup Champion, and mogul freestyle skiing Olympic gold medal winner, Jenn Heil, will be in Jasper April 14th – 16th.
Jenn will appear at Marmot April 15th. She will be available for an autograph/photo session from 10 am – noon at Marmot. From 1 pm – 3 pm, Marmot guests will have a chance to ski with the gold medal winner.
On Saturday night, April 15th, Guests staying at the Lobstick, Amethyst Lodge or Marmot Lodge will be invited to a cocktail style reception for Jenn Heil. Mountain Park Lodges are a proud, official sponsor of Jenn Heil. The reception is open to guests of the Mountain Park Lodges only, and will take place from 5:30 – 7:30pm in the Skyline Lounge at the Lobstick lodge.
