We’re open through Sunday, and you can go to our snow report on this website for specific weather and snow conditions. Ticket prices are $36 for adults, less for college, juniors, seniors, children. We have most of the front side of the mountain open with Chairs 6,7,10 & 11 and facilities in the Mountain Village, including rentals, demos, our tuning and waxing center, Kirkwood Mountain Sports, Monte Wolfe’s and the Kirkwood Inn. We have terrain open for low intermediates through experts; there is no beginner terrain!
Open Lifts: Chickadee, Wilbere, Little Cloud, Mineral Basin Express and the Tram.
Closed lifts now include:Peruvian Express/Tunnel, Gad II, Mid-Gad, Gadzoom, Baby Thunder and Baldy Express. All of Creekside closed. (This includes retail and tickets.)
Snowbird will now be open for skiing and riding Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (Will also be open the Monday of Memorial Day)
Mammoth Mountain - Ca
With over 400" of annual snowfall, thousands of acres of epic terrain and an altitude that keeps things white into summer, Mammoth turns winter into a 6+ month season.
The 8:30 a.m. temp at Main Lodge was 30 degrees with clear skies and virtually no wind. Up at the summit, the temp was 28 degrees with an average wind speed of 31 mph. Expect highs to be in the upper 40s today. Lifts are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily servicing a base of 8-13 feet of snow.

Mt Hood Meadows
With the winter-like conditions we’ll continue our daily operational schedule of 9 AM – 4 PM daily through April 26. If the weather cooperates we also plan on reopening for three extra days in May, May 1, 2 and 3 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). May 3 will be the last day of operations for this season, so make your plans for that weekend. We’ll be announcing some fun activities and deals for May 1 – 3, so keep watching the web site.
There is some great news for freestylers – the top two tables of the Cascade Park (on Boulevard) were opened this weekend and we’ll continue to add features to make it a fun flow park. We’ve received great feedback regarding the right line we added to Rose City Park, as well as the rails we’re continuing to maintain in Shipyard. And we continue to fresh cut our Superpipe almost every day.
Mark Saturday, April 25 on your calendar. That’s the 3rd Annual Sno-Kona Pond Skim at Mt. Hood Meadows which has become our most popular spectator event. The field is filling so if you want to get into the skimming competition you should pre-register online (must be 21 or older). Mt Hood - Timberline Lodge
Timberline is the only area on Mt. Hood that will have lift serviced skiing and riding 7 days a week through Labor Day! With an amazing base of snow, conditions will be fantastic this spring and summer season. Our Palmer High Speed Quad Chairlift is scheduled to open this weekend, and will be operating throughout the summer. Ascending to 8,540 feet on the southern side of Mt. Hood, it provides breathtaking views and access to the best summer terrain in the United States. When other areas are turning their attention away from the snow, we're just getting started

NEW: Lift from the village to Hotel Terrace
From December 2008, guests to Hotel Terrace will be able to travel quickly and conveniently from Engelberg village up to Hotel Terrace in our new lift. The entrance to the tunnel lift system can be found at the back of the Kurpark on Alte Gasse, where the old Terrace funicular was located.

The cozy and rustic atmosphere and top-quality technical equipment in the hotel’s new disco/lounge „Cave“ encourage guests to relax and unwind and also make it the ideal location for shows, parties, special events and receptions. The chance to enjoy an adventurous evening under the moonlight and starry skies can form part of any of our mountain events. Choose from a variety of activities including special evenings at the Stand ski hut, night tobogganing with fondue at the Chalet and snowshoeing by moonlight. For all people longing for the genuine winter sports fun, the Stubai Glacier is the optimum oppurtunity! On more than 50 kilometres of ski runs they may take their chance not only on intensive downhill skiing, carving and boarding, but cross-country skiing can be practised wonderfully on the alpine trail of a length of 4,5 km. 21 installations, among 4 cabin lifts, 6 chair lifts, 9 ski tows and training lifts and 2 magic carpets offer ski fans a trendous winter sports resort, and active athletes from all over the world a maximum skiing pleasure at 1.750 to 3.200 m above the sea level.
The new six person chairlift Fernau links the Fernau to the Gaißkarferner mountain. Snowboard freaks can find ideal conditions at the newly created "Boarder´s paradise" including Quarterpipes, Spins, Table Tops, Pro Jumps and a - 100 metres long - halfpipe . For carving fans there is a special run at Daunferner, regulated by a stoplight, where the feeling for bends can be experienced intensively. Two giant slalom runs and a high-speed run at Eisjochferner complete the offer for winter sports fans.
The adventurous and daring can be close to the "eternal ice" on the climber´s steps of the ice tower at Gamsgarten station, since this is an ideal training area for fans of climbing on ice. Every wednesday an introductory course climbing course takes place.
The Stubai Glacier funiculars pay a big deal of attention to the variety offered to the vacationer: starting at a professional gastronomic service, for example in the restaurant "zur Goldenen Gams" (the golden chamois), including dressing rooms and showers to sport shops with rental and storage options

Canyon Quad to Spin this Saturday!
The K-1 Gondola, Superstar Express (opening at 8 a.m.) and Canyon Quad (opening at 9 a.m.) will spin this Saturday, providing access to some of Killington’s best trails, including Cascade, Downdraft, Superstar, Double Dipper, East Fall, Rime and Reason, conditions permitting. Top-to-bottom skiing and riding off Killington Peak will be offered via Great Northern, Chute and Lower Bunny Buster. Killington will offer Black Diamond and Blue Square terrain only for the remainder of the season.
