A Toast to Tahoe Skiing is a celebration of Lake Tahoe winter sports featuring a cocktail reception, an elegant variety of food stations, an energetic ski/snowboard fashion and equipment show featuring local ski celebrities, world class music and lighting, and a live auction all commentated by Warren Miller and set to the theme of Tahoe skiing and snowboarding.

As a logical extension of the 1989 Bald Mountain Master Plan, Sun Valley has released a ten year mountain master plan which includes ski area expansion, mountain access upgrades and expanded snowmaking installations. The plan will be implemented in three phases.

Snowbird Ski & Summer Resort was blanketed with snow this weekend when the first November storm system moved through Little Cottonwood Canyon depositing approximately 10 inches atop 11,000-foot Hidden Peak.
Forecasts are calling for an additional 1-2 feet this week, and with temperatures dropping below freezing, Snowbird will have the snow guns running beginning this evening.
