Cardrona has had 25cm of new snow over the last 2-3 days and we expect snow showers to continue up to Tuesday. This means Cardrona will be in fine condition all the way through to our closing date of 8 October. So its time to think Spring skiing and riding with longer warmer days. Indeed our September event calendar is stacked with entertainment and competitions - but more of that later on in the week
Once again Cardrona hosts the official university snow sports games from 28 August to 1 September. There are 300 students entered so far ready for a NZ style mid term break

A narrow ridge of high pressure will cross Victoria today, then a low pressure system will approach from the west at night. The low will move eastwards across the State during Thursday, reaching the Tasman Sea by early Friday. The next high pressure system will then approach late Friday, moving over Victoria on Saturday.

We are already sold out of Bretton Woods and Wildcat tickets. Inventory is getting low on several other mountains as well, so if you're interested in a specific ski area or areas, it's best to order now.
